Razeno is a marketplace where businesses publish bookable experiences (“Offers”) and customers (“Users”) reserve and pay for them. By creating an account or using Razeno you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and recovery email secure. You must provide accurate information. Business accounts are expected to keep their payout (Stripe) details current. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Prices shown for an Offer include any applicable platform fee and tax, calculated at the time you book. Payment is processed by a third-party payments provider; you are charged when the payment is authorized. Refund and cancellation terms are set per Offer and shown before you confirm.

Businesses publishing Offers are responsible for delivering the experience as described, for the safety of participants, and for handling their own tax and licensing obligations. Razeno is the platform, not the host of any particular Offer.

Do not use Razeno to offer or promote anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful; to misrepresent a business or experience; to scrape the service at scale; or to interfere with its operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Razeno is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amounts you paid through the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, where a legal limit applies.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Razeno after changes means you accept the updated terms.
